This year marks the 20th anniversary of our founding, and we are deeply grateful for the trust and support of our clients and partners. We are willing to assist foreign companies and institutions both locally and in Japan, as well as support Japanese companies in their overseas expansion, ensuring mutual growth and prosperity.

Global uncertainty continues to grow, and business environments are changing rapidly. At WBA, we strive to be trusted partners by providing practical and effective solutions. Since our establishment in 2006 by seven internationally minded SME management consultants, we have focused on international business and cooperation. Today, our team of 106 consultants, including 95 certified SME management consultants, offers expertise across four key areas: International Cooperation, Consulting, Training & Seminars, and Commissioned Research.

Our strength lies in consultants who possess diverse industry experience and specialized expertise, enabling us to respond to a wide range of client needs. To maximize this strength, we have established a flexible and organic collaboration system, delivering high-quality services as Team WBA. Specifically, consultants with expertise in particular fields form task forces to deepen knowledge in those areas. Furthermore, active collaboration among task forces allows us to leverage individual strengths and provide concrete and effective solutions.

Since our founding, we have built a strong record in international cooperation projects, primarily through JICA initiatives. In these projects, we believe that empathy and hospitality—having a genuine concern for others and fostering mutual understanding—are of utmost importance. We take pride in respecting each society’s traditions and cultures while appropriately incorporating Japan’s experience and technologies to contribute to the sound development of partner countries.
